Bina sound healing therapist
Sound Bina

Bina

Sound healing therapy

  • Sound healing
  • Tibetan singing bowls
  • Tuning forks
  • Shamanic drums
  • Relaxation

Sound healing therapy is a wellness practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, balance and harmony between body and mind.

It is based on the idea that the body can resonate with the frequencies of the instruments, helping to create a state of inner coherence.

During a session, Bina uses instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic drums and natural or vocal sounds. The vibrations interact with the body, guiding it into a state of deep calm and energetic rebalancing.

The practice is based on concepts such as resonance, harmonization and coherence: the body responds to sound vibrations, the frequencies help restore inner balance, and mind and body tend to synchronize into a more stable and ordered state.

  • Stress reduction and a greater sense of balance.
  • Improved sleep quality.
  • Deep relaxation and release of tension.
  • Increased mental clarity and concentration.
  • A sense of emotional harmonization.
  • Support for overall well-being and inner coherence.
